i have been searching for Powershell scripts to monitor Exchange 2010 DAG Replication. i wanted to execute the command and wanted to get the output to my email.
is there any scripts available to do customize based on the requirement. am new to power shell scripts. please give me some guidance or advise

What I have done so far and yet not working:
I had been asked to see why a calendar wasn't working for a user. Come to find out that this user was trying to connect to a users calendar that had been deleted. I was going to go reconnect the mailbox to dummy user so we could get the data the user needed. I was unable to find the mailbox in the ECP where you can Connect a Mailbox. So with the clean-mailboxdatabase command gone i wasn't sure what else to try. So i created a test user, deleted it from ECP and still don't see that account appearing to reconnect it either. However the person that removes user accounts when someone leaves the company has been deleting accounts through AD. I am able to see these other then that one account. It was only deleted in the last few days and our deleted mailboxes stick around for 30 days. Has anyone else run into this or can test deleting a user from ecp and see if it appears to be able to reconnect. I also tried this in my testlab and am seeing same results.

Example
Group IT can attachment 20MB
Group HR can attachment 15MB
Group Account can attachment 12MB
All Staffs can attachment 10MB
Could you please advise, can I config that require in Transport rule?

Forest A -> Exchange 2007 Forest
Forest B -> Exchange 2010 Forest
User A and User B Ad accounts reside in Forest B (2010)
Mailboxes of User A and User B is in Forest A (2007) as Linked Mailbox
User A have Full Access on top of User B Mailbox
So User A can access the User B mailbox in Outlook
I moved the Mailbox of User B to Forest B
So User B Account and Mailbox is in Forest B (2010)
Now User A is unable to open the mailbox of User B
That is when he access the mailbox , it is prompting for credentials repeatedly

I am currently trying to ectract the "FromAddressContainsWords" section from a transport rule.
But the output seems to be truncated.
I am using the line
get-TransportRule "name of rule" | select name, FromAddressContainsWords | fl
But it does not extract the complete list, does anybody know how to get i done?
The exchange server is a 2010
Twice in the last 2 weeks, my Exchange 2013 server SMTP/Transport services have crashed resulting in halt of all mail traffic, internal and external, both occasions requiring unplanned restarts. After diving into the logs, I tend to believe that this is a larger-scale SMTP failure rather than an individual transport service going sideways. A brief description follows:
Virtualized machine running Server 2012 and Exchange 2013
Exchange 2013 running as CAS and MBX server
Outgoing mail exits network directly through firewall
Incoming (external) mail is first screened by external-facing Spamassassin/Postgrey server, then relayed to Exchange via firewall
When the failure occurs, all mail-flow comes to a screeching halt, internal mail as well as incoming and outgoing external mail.
Restarting of Microsoft Exchange Frontend Transport, Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Transport Delivery, and Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Transport Submission services had no effect. During last occurrence, the lattermost service failed to successfully stop
during commanded restart.
During failures, maillogs on external Spamfiltering server reflect inability to contact Exchange via SMTP (firewall incoming port 25 is port-forwarded to Exchange).
During failures, internal transport message tracking logs report inability to pass mail due to no contact on local port 2525, which from what i understand is the alternate SMTP port that mailbox transport uses when MBX and CAS roles are on the same server.
At this point, I don't know where else to look for the root cause of the failure. Any suggestions for preventative measures or further sources to check for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I use Exchange 2010SP3, I need to configure mailbox quota each user. Then if that mailbox full, I need Exchange system send email alert to Admin also. How I can configure it?
I saw only send alert to user but not saw how to set email alert to Admin too.

Ever since upgrading to Exchange Server 2013 CU2 I now constantly get these in the Event Viewer...

Just installed 2013 excahnge server 3 days ago. We noticed after the first night that we did not receive any external emails throughout the night. I could not find anything wrong with receive connectors. Telnet works internally when this happens but NO access from public side testing with telnet. After I reboot the exchange server everything functions just fine and normal for about 8 hours until it happens again.
I dont know what to check or look for at this point. Very new to exchange 2013. Any kind of advice would be helpful at this time.
It is not a firewall issue. Same firewall and set of rules that we use for other/old mail servers. We only have 1 exchange server that has all roles.

I opened a case on this with Premier support. Microsoft has said that they will not fix this in Exchange 2010, but only in Exchange 2013. So if your OAB is set to generate at 6am, it will really generate at 7am. Depending on how ofter your Client Access Servers poll the OAB Generation server, users will not have a current OAB when they arrive in the morning. You'll have to set the OAB generate back one hour and remember that it runs one hour later. It is disappointing that not only will this not be fixed, but there is no Technet article describing this behavior.

We have a group mailbox that is used by a number of people. At the weekend, 3 of the team would like to receive copy's of the emails from the mailbox.
We looked at setting up an outlook rule with a script, but this would only work if the mailbox is open.
Is there a way to set a hub transport rule, that only works on Saturday/Sunday?

I'm having a problem with my test environment. I have a single DC forest at Windows 2008 functional level. There are two Exchange 2013 CU2 Servers with both CAS and MBX roles installed running on Windows 2008 R2.
My problem is that I cannot create any new mailboxes. In the ECP, if I select new user, the fields are all greyed out. It will only let me create a new mailbox if I prestage the account in AD first and use the existing user option.
If I try to use the shell, the shell does not recognize most of the new-mailbox command. It tells me there is no such thing as alias, userprincipalname, etc.
Any ideas what might be wrong?
Oddly, I have a second test environment where my Exchange 2013 is coexisting with Exchange 2007 and I do not have any problems.

I'm setting my Exchange 2013 deployment up according to the EX2013Calc5.9 spreadsheet (which is brilliant by the way). And with all my given input data it said that I should use 6 Databases with 35 users per DB.
Standard can have 5 active / passive DBs. So my question is why did the calculator think this was better, and can I just use 4 DB's in liu of 6? Whats the rationale behind that aside from DR. Which they are still on the same logical volume.
