NDR delivery failed for re created user AD user and mailbox

Hi

I have deleted one AD user and mailbox as user is left.

Now after 2 months I again created the same user with same AD\logon user name and same mailbox and alias name again as he re-joined.

Now, when I sent mail i got delivery failure with NDR.

Your message could not be delivered to the following recipients or groups:

'My Username'

The email address you entered was not found. Check the e-mail address of the recipient and try sending the message again. If the problem persists, contact the helpdesk.

I know in AD its still pointing to old name.

For the quick solution, I have deleted user’s contact from outlook's address book and again find\query the username by CTL+K from outlook, then I will be able to send message successfully.

But , what will be permanent solution for All users when they send mail to this user.
