I have an Exchange server 2013 and the autodiscover works fine when I create an outlook 2013 profile but when I create one outlook 2016profile for the same user account and in the same machine it does not work at all
Could anyone give me any advice to fix it?

It seems like Exchange uses X500 weird addressing with the highest priority ignoring SMTP addresses. I wish the day will come when there will be no X500 on my server but now I can't just remove it because Exchange will block replies on existing messages.
Is there any way to stop Exchange using x500 when there is a SMTP address available?

In NDR external users getting, "The following organization rejected your message: edge.contoso.com." How to remove/change this line from NDR? I don't want to show my server names to senders.
Is there a command/script that I can use to tell what me the date and time an email was actually clicked on?
I ran the following command and I can now see in the EAC when I search for an email if it was unread/read but, I need the date and time to show as well. I have attached a screenshot of what I can see.
Also, I realize that there are a couple caveats to using this feature; 1) Recipient might not do what you want them to do in the email. 2) If email is showing in the preview and the recipient doesn't double click on it to open it won't show as read.

We have an Exchange Server 2013 Standard server on premise.
I have been giving a task, that I'm trying to figure out how to solve.
- Delete all mails older than X years from users mailbox.
- Except from folder A and its sufolders under root, that should be deleted after Y years.
- Except from folder B and its subfolder under root, that should never be deleted.
Can I does this with a script or something built-in in Exchange? I have tried to look a different Powershell script from a google search, but can't find a way to exclude folders.
We have around 250 mailboxes.

Hi All,
I am having a weird issue exporting an in place hold to PST
It currently has a search filter in place on 3 mailboxes and a from and to date along with a bunch of keywords and phrases.
normal run of the mill discovery hold.
problem occurs when I go to export both via ECP and PowerShell.
Both say they complete successfully but both export NO items and it creates a blank PST file.
I have tried exporting to drives both on my machine and carried out tasks directly on exchange servers to export locally and all fail.
BUT if I remove the date filter it exports with no issues.. I then have to go and delete all the mails outside of the date range which is a pain, but also a saving grace.
Has anyone else come across this issue and hopefully fixed it?

I have 3 laptops, a notebook, and a smart phone that all connect to my email on Outlook. My email accounts are msn.com; gmail.com; and hau.edu. All three have been consolidated in outreach. Recently the laptop that is running Microsoft Office 365 has encountered difficulties.at first it would not open the nau.edu account folders and now it will not open outlook at all.
If I go into troulbeshooting the Outlook.com data file , the troubleshooting system will re-establish all accounts and they work, however as soon as i close out of the trouble shooting process the rebuilt Outreach ill no longer open.

We have 5 exchange servers in total. 3 on production site (1 cas , 2 mbox) and 2 on disaster site (1 cas , 1 mbox). Mailbox servers are on Database Availability Group. Today i had a very strange incident. Users they were complaining that they are getting some delivery delay messages. I opened the exchange toolbox and then went to queue viewer. I found inside more than 3500 emails from addresses like merandomnumber@myhouse.com. Could you please let me know what is wrong with our exchange configuration and it allows for someone to send an email from our mail servers
