after starting an eDiscovery search the mailbox dismounts unexpectedly and in the evenlog I am getting the following error:

I'm going through my Exchange Server's logs and checking out warnings and errors, and I haven't been able to find anything helpful on this one in the application log of the Windows Server 2012 R2 virtual machine running Exchange Server 2013 SP1 only:

Active Manager failed to mount database Mailbox Database 0738684499 on server <Server.Name.com>. Error: An Active Manager operation failed with a transient error. Please retry the operation. Error: Database action failed with transient error. Error: A transient error occurred during a database operation. Error: MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make admin interface connection to server. (hr=0x80040115, ec=-2147221227)
Apparently the error really is "transient" and the server retries the operation successfully, because everything seems to be working OK, but I'd still like to know why this error appears every time the server starts up, and what I can do to prevent the error from occurring. Thanks!

When I start the move from the GUI of Exchange 2013 An error occured (see log below) at 95% at the status Cleanup. After 481 retries the migrate give the status 'Completed with Warnings'. The users mailbox is working on the Exchange 2013 both I can't open the Personal Archive. When I want to open my archive in the webmail the message 'Your archive appears to be unavailable. Please try again later' occurres.
Adding a new user and enable the Archive works just fine.

i have an Exchange 2013 DAG with 4 Nodes. Now i have to Change the IP of my witness Server. Only the IP not the Name.
Is this a Problem for the DAG? What have i to do?

I'm experiencing such a strange issue. When using Outlook client to send to a bunch of users(internal and external),I will receive a bounce back which shows that I cannot send email to that recipient. The bounce message is sent by the system administrator,
and the message header is Empty, no delivery record in delivery report. What triggered the bounced email? Anyopinions will be appreciated.

i performa a clean uninstall of any CAS in My Exchange 2013 Environment after converged to Mailboxes server to semplify the Exchange Layout.
I haven't more Dedicated server Cas Installed. Only MBX with CAS server on the same server.
From some servers there are many Error Logs. The server in "-Identity .." switch was the uninstalled Server! No longer exist in my Active Directory.
Where/How can clean the Zombie server from (I suppose) Health Manager?

Hi,
We are monitoring security event logs on our Exchange 2013 server in terms of any suspicious events. For some time we see every day high load of events like below.
I checked all blocked accounts in AD domain which could cause it, but there isn't any (all users which left company were deleted, also there is no any disconnected mailboxes).
I also tried to corelate security event to IIS logs, and search there for account but I could not find matche.
If there is any way to check what/who is cause such events ?

I am using exchange server 2013. we have two servers and created two virtaul directories with same EWS settings. few users are complaining they recieve error while enabling auto replies to the mails. error is read like this "Your automatic reply settings
cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later" . when i try for my account as a admin i amable tro do it. can someone help to resolve this.
