We recently upgraded exchange 2013 to CU21 and disabled TLS 1.0 as shown here.

So far the only problem we found is with in-place eDiscovery & hold under compliance management.   

When you click on in-place eDiscovery & hold menu, the message "The request failed. The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive." is displayed 

Anyone else is seeing this behavior? Enabling TLS 1.0 corrects the problem. To stay in compliance we need to TLSs 1.0 disabled.
