How many page faults are too many?

Hey all, I'm running Exchange 2013 on Server 2012 R2 and we're using Outlook 2013 on Windows 10 v1803 workstations. The workstations were having occasional performance issues like Outlook not sending or receiving for several seconds or struggling with creating or deleting Calendar appointments. The server had 16GB RAM so I bumped it up to 32GB. We were still having some issues so I created an MMC console with Pages/sec and Page Faults/sec. We were averaging about 2,000 Page Faults/sec and the Pages/sec is almost a flat line at the bottom of the window. I found a recommendation to use a separate drive, increase virtual memory to 32GB + 10MB, and put it on that second drive. My Page Faults dropped to about half but that's still around 1,000 Page Faults/sec.The server is a VM so I thought about throwing more memory at it but it's currently using 40% of that 32GB. Oh, I did the virtual memory change yesterday so I don't know yet if that helped anything. I'm not an Exchange guy so I'm wondering -- how many page faults are too many page faults? Googling this hasn't given me anything.

Thanks,

Joe B
