Unable to remove public folder database on Exchange 2010

Hi,

I am unable to remove public folder database on Exchange 2010.

I have already moved all public folders from database and no replicas on this Database.

I am getting below error:-

Exchange isn't able to check for public folder replicas for Pub-DB. verify that Microsoft Exchange information store Service is running on server and database is mounted correctly.
