Hi there,
with Exchange 2013 CU2 it is possible to set up rights with Outlook Web Access on my Mailbox and for Folders.
Lets assume matthias.fleschuetz is my Mailbox and Theo Tester is the person I want to give access as my delegate.
Even if I grant "owner" rights to Theo Tester he is not able to access my mailbox with IMAP (using: domain/theo.tester/matthias.fleschuetz).
The only way to give somebody IMAP access to another mailbox is by giving "full access rights" in the Admins ECP.
The disadvantages are quite unhandy:
- users cant give delegate access without an system administrator
- only full access can be given (way to much for a vacation delegation for example)
Does anybody know if that is an issue and should work like this?
Thanks,
Matthias
