Exchange 2003 to 2010 Migration problem

Hi friends,

I am moviing Microsoft Exchange 2003 mailboxes to exchange 2010 .but when i start mailbox

move it stuck in queue.after restartng Microsoft exchange Active directory topology services it start moving and move sucessfully.I checked in event viwer but no error showing

Any solution for that.

Please help.
