Multiple Groups created in :: Microsoft Exchange Scurity Groups

Greetings,

There are so multiple groups automatically created in under Microsoft Exchange security groups OU in Active Directory. How to delete unwanted groups from the AD, or is it safe to delete the unwanted security groups? PFA for more details
