Exchange 2010 Service Pack 2 rollup 8

I am receiving the following error message whenever I try to open the Microsoft Exchange Management Console. This is an On-Premise server that has the CAS, Hub and Mailbox roles assigned to it:

Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request. It cannot determine the content type of the HTTP response from the destination computer. The content type is absent or invalid.

I have tried running the Exchange Management Troubleshooter (EMT) but all the issues that it found have been remedied and I still am receiving the same error.

I increased the MaxFieldLength and MaxRequestBytes keys in the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\HTTP\Parameters. I set the MaxFieldLength to DEC value 40000 and MaxRequestBytes to DEC value 32768.

I made sure that the time on the Exchange server was the same as the domain controller and that the server was in the correct time zone.

I also followed the steps from the following Microsoft KB article: KB/2028305 and on http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/02/04/3409289.aspx.   Should I try removing the Powershell virtual directory and putting it back?
