Currently we have a two node 2013 DAG. Servers are multi role. I need to replace the original servers with two new serves, because the original servers are under powered. Currently we have 4 databases in the DAG each server has two active and two passive copies. What is the best way to move mailboxes over to the new servers, remove servers from DAG and uninstall exchange? My thoughts on how to do this are below
1. Add new servers to existing DAG, and setup DB copies on new servers
2. Setup web virtual directories on new servers for OWA,EAS,OA, OAB, autodiscover, import certifcates
3. Put new servers into the load balance pool on the NLB device
4. create custom send and receive connectors on new servers
5. Once all Databases are seeded to new serves, remove database copies from old servers
6. Remove old servers from DAG
7. Uninstall Exchange from old servers
